Did you know that Christmas is the perfect time to collect Avios? Whether you celebrate the holidays travelling the world or always return home for Christmas, the Iberia Club programme allows you to collect Avios with every purchase, booking or order you make. We’ll show you how to get the most out of our ‘Collect more Avios’ section so Iberia can bring the magic to you wherever you are.

1 Top hotels
If your new year is full of trips and getaways, you can collect Avios by booking at top hotels. From national options – such as Paradores, where you can accumulate 500 Avios per night (and 1 Elite Point for every 10 Avios) – to hotels in more than 40 countries with Meliá, which allows you to link your Iberia Club account to your MeliáRewards profile and convert your points into Avios. Other options include the Marriott Bonvoy® programme, where you can collect 2 Avios for every $1 spent at more than 8,000 hotels; Booking.com, which allows you to book with your Avios; or Minor Hotels. 2 Avios con cada regalo
Your Iberia Club account allows you to collect Avios by shopping with more than 400 brands. From fashion, technology and cosmetics to toys, sports and literature, at Iberia Club Store you can grow your Avios account with any purchase. On the list, you’ll find your all-time favourites (including LEGO) that will allow you to collect up to three Avios for every euro you spend on a toy. Montblanc delivers up to 12 Avios for every euro you spend on an unparalleled gift. And Casa del Libro earns you 13 Avios for every euro spent on a classic. To continue collecting Avios with your Christmas purchases, simply access Iberia Club Store through our Shopping section, log in with your Iberia Club account and find the brands you like best. If you access each company’s website through the Buy Now link, Iberia Club will recognise your purchase and automatically add the corresponding Avios. This Christmas, refresh your H&M wardrobe, get your tickets with Ticketmaster or give flowers with Colvin all while collecting Avios.

3 Or Avios as a gift
The Iberia Club programme also allows you to gift and share Avios with your loved ones. Whether you want to transfer your own Avios or to buy new Avios to give as gifts, you can log in to our Shopping section with your Iberia Club account and choose the option that suits you best. If you prefer to buy them as a gift, you can purchase packages of between 2,000 and 100,000 Avios. On the other hand, if you choose to transfer them from your own wallet, you can send up to 60,000 Avios per transaction.

4 A cruise
Iberia Club also gives you the option to collect Avios if you book your next cruise with Royal Caribbean. You can plan trips for the whole family at any time of year from Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, Miami or Puerto Rico and collect three Avios for every €1 or £1 spent, plus one Elite Point for every 10 Avios earned. With Royal Caribbean, you can visit the Bahamas or Puerto Rico from Miami or Orlando – Iberia’s new destination, or enjoy a cruise to the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean. What’s more, the Royal Caribbean fleet is one of the most advanced, with ships such as the Legend of the Sea – whose routes often depart from Barcelona – and the Utopia of the Seas, based in Orlando.

5 A good wine
If there’s one classic Christmas tradition, it’s wine. If you are an Iberia Club member, log in to Maridae – Iberia’s platform for wine lovers – directly with your user account and discover its many varieties. You can collect Avios every time you purchase one of its wines, up to three Avios for every €1 spent, or pay with your Avios wallet. You can find a selection of wines by country, gastronomic delicacies such the finest olive oils, sausages and sweets, and even a quarterly subscription that will deliver Iberia’s wine selection to your home.
