Seasonal destinations for your summer holidays
Alongside the launch of new routes to the American continent and the strengthening of operations to Latin America and key destinations in Europe, Iberia is adding a highly anticipated schedule featuring seasonal destinations in countries including Croatia, Greece, Portugal and Italy – perfect for your summer holidays.
Iberia has unveiled its summer schedule with classic seasonal destinations and new routes. This is in addition to launching new routes to Monterrey on 2 June and Toronto on 13 June, and setting a historic record in connections with Latin America and the United States thanks to increased flights to long-standing destinations such as Buenos Aires and New York (with a new daily flight to Newark Airport).
This summer, flights are launching to Bucharest, Romania, and Tivat, Montenegro, operating from 3 June to 30 September and from 18 July to 15 September, respectively.
Star European summer destinations such as Tirana and Ljubljana are returning with three and two weekly flights, respectively. The commitment to Croatia is also being renewed, led by Dubrovnik, a route that will operate from April to October with up to 14 weekly flights, complemented by Split and Zagreb with nine weekly flights each. Likewise, Iberia continues to serve long-standing destinations in Portugal, including Funchal – with three weekly flights and Ponta Delgada with two – as well as Greece, with daily flights to Mykonos and Corfu, six weekly flights to Santorini and a strengthened service to Athens, reaching 16 weekly flights in spring and 29 in August.
In Italy, seasonal destinations reopen from April, including Catania with eight weekly frequencies, Olbia with five, and Cagliari and Palermo with three each, while the connection to Milan is reinforced to reach 44 weekly flights throughout the summer.
Additionally, the number of flights to Nice will be increased, with up to 24 services operating each week.
