Free Wi-Fi on all Iberia flights

Iberia is kicking off 2026 with some great news for its customers: all of the airline’s flights will offer free high-speed Wi-Fi.

This new and improved in-flight connectivity service comes thanks to an agreement signed by IAG with Starlink, the world’s leading satellite internet provider developed by SpaceX, which will enable all Iberia flights, both long haul and short haul, to offer high-speed Wi-Fi. Customers flying in all classes (Economy, Premium Economy and Business) will be able to enjoy this service free of charge, a qualitative leap forward in staying connected throughout their journey.

The on-board Wi-Fi service will offer download speeds of up to 450Mbps and upload speeds of up to 70Mbps, allowing passengers to access streaming entertainment platforms, work in the cloud or play online games, among many other possibilities. Thanks to Starlink’s advanced technology, Iberia customers will be able to access high-speed internet anywhere on the planet, even in areas without signal coverage, such as the poles.

The implementation of this new on-board connectivity system will be completed throughout 2026, advancing one of the commitments set out in Iberia’s 2030 Flight Plan.
